This is a deeply healing workshop created by and for members of the Black community. The purpose of this workshop is to help black women begin to heal from the wounds of inherited trauma. Science shows us that unresolved trauma can be transferred from one generation to the next. In this workshop you will learn how to break the cycles of trauma and create cycles of healing. As black women, it is important that we begin to heal and return to a space of wholeness.
We will use African and indigenous healing practices to help bring awareness to trauma that you may be carrying and show you how you can begin to heal those deep wounds. We are honored to hold space for the black women in our community and look forward to using ancestral wisdom to heal ancestral trauma.
"Every woman who heals herself helps heal all the women who came before her and all those who will come after her."

Spring represents rebirth. The Sun rises from the darkness of winter. Nature awakes from its deep slumber. The sun shines brighter, the Earth is greener and we awaken and plant our new seeds of intention.
Purpose and Goal: During our time together you will experience a mind and body soul cleanse. The Spring Equinox Virtual Retreat provides you with the opportunity to release thoughts, feelings and emotions that no longer serve you.
The release occurs not only through the Ayurveda cleanse but through our meditation, yoga, reiki, journaling, and reflection sessions.
